About
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to system improvement efforts by supporting enhancements and troubleshooting defects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document requirements for system improvements during operations and maintenance.
Leverage JIRA to log, monitor, and prioritize work items within an Agile framework.
Work to covert business needs into technical solutions alongside developers.
Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work within established guidelines and time frames.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally at all organizational levels.
Strong working knowledge with data analytics.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
Excellent writing and public speaking skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
Data analytics
Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
Familiarity with agile project methodology
Knowledge and experience with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
Education and Years of Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Two (2) years relevant experience
Collaboration and Project Management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) experience (preferred).
Familiarity with agile project methodology
