Target Pay Range: $88,000 - $107,500 annually. Full Pay Range: $68,300 - $127,500 annually. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. In addition to salary, performance-based incentives are available and targets vary by role. Benefits

As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter decisions across the organization. You’ll explore trends, uncover opportunities, and bring clarity to complex datasets through compelling visualizations and analysis. Your work will directly influence key business strategies across areas like Digital, Marketing, Product, Retail, Finance, and Operations. You’ll collaborate with partners across the business while continuously strengthening data quality and reporting practices. What You’ll Do
Analytics & Insights Generation: conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions. Dashboard & Reporting Development: create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly track KPIs and business performance across various functions. Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and ensure insights align with business goals. Experimentation & Optimization: analyze A/B tests, interpret results, and communicate actionable recommendations that drive optimization efforts. Data Preparation & Transformation: collect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or tools like Alteryx to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis. Data Pipeline & Integrity Support: collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and validate data accuracy. Documentation & Data Governance: maintain clear documentation for transformation logic, data lineage, and business rules to support transparency and consistency. Communication & Storytelling: present insights and recommendations in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Continuous Improvement: contribute to best practices by sharing tools, templates, and knowledge, while participating in peer reviews and team learning sessions. Project Contribution: coordinate team-level analytics efforts and play an active role in divisional initiatives, working both independently and collaboratively. What You’ll Gain

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, computer science, data science) or equivalent experience. Minimum: 2 years of relevant data analysis experience. Minimum: Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent data preparation tools such as Alteryx. Minimum: Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Desired: 1 year of relevant business or financial industry experience. Desired: Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics. Desired: Solid understanding of mathematical formulas, foundational statistics, and KPI concepts. Desired: Analytical and problem-solving skills.
