About

The Solutions Engineer will provide technical leadership while ensuring solutions align with program objectives, security requirements, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy. The role leverages both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security
Promote consistent engineering standards across delivery teams
Lead solution architecture, integration design, and system blueprinting
Required Qualifications
Strong experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions
Hands‑on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations
Experience working with complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
