Products include high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages (SPS with integrated capacitors and multiple silicon die), Power Towers (power modules integrating multiple SPS-equivalents with capacitors and inductors), and power MOSFETs. Key Responsibilities
LeadNPI definition of next genmulti-phase AI power module products:
Partnerwith cross-functional teams, includingmechanical, software, and systems engineering,tointegratepower modulesintolarger electrical systems andalignon thermal and power requirements. Define project scope, goals, and deliverablesalignedwith organizationalobjectives. Presentnext-generationproductupdates and proposals to senior management and keystakeholders. Collaboratewith internal and external manufacturing partners to prototypedesignsandtransitiontheminto production.
Engineering Samples & NPIManagement:
Assessthesuitabilityof existingmaterialsfor customer samples. Ensure proper governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance:
Act as a single point ofnew productcoordination across:Product Line Management , Design Engineering, Quality , Packaging team , Internal and External manufacturing teams Escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
in Electrical Engineering required (Master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of experience
in product managementor product definerwithin power electronics or infrastructure markets. 3+ yearsof experience inpower module engineering teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Additional Information
