About
Job Description Delivers and successfully implements corporate marketing and sales support related programs into U.S. Bancorp sites within a specific business line or defined geographical area. Promotes corporate marketing programs in order to achieve full participation and success within all designated locations. Programs include marketing promotions, customer communications, merchandising, sales promotions and other standard marketing and sales related programs. Develops market level programs which enhance corporate programs to meet unique market needs, yet adhere to corporate strategies and standards. Coordinates processes between centralized sales support, marketing and product groups to implement market level plans.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically five to eight years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations and U.S. Bancorp’s products and services
Thorough knowledge of the bank’s sales and marketing program
Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to influence and persuade others
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Location -
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
