About
Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the project requirements and developing a testing strategy, test case development, testing, tracking, and reporting.
Should have experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate test methodologies, leading test teams, managing resources, monitoring the testing process, and resolving issues and risks.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience.
Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools and techniques, Agile methodology.
Technical skills: SFDC, Selenium, Jira.
Good analysis or problem‑solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Experience working on an onsite/offshore model.
