Sales Director
to lead occupancy growth and marketing for our Independent and Assisted Living communities while collaborating across our full continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tracking
Conduct tours and build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
Lead outreach, events, and marketing efforts to generate qualified leads
Execute follow-up strategies, including calls, visits, and events
Oversee leasing and ensure smooth move-ins
Collaborate with leadership to support campus-wide census growth
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
Organized, results-driven, and customer-focused
