Job Description
The Relationship Management Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day strategic management of assigned client relationships and maintains highest level of client satisfaction while achieving profitability. Responsible for driving execution, maintaining momentum, and managing partner engagements across Allstate Embedded Solutions (AES) partners and opportunities spanning Mobility, Retail, and Financial Services. Role partners closely with the AES Account Success GM and Head of Sales to translate strategy into execution by ensuring deals move forward efficiently, partner relationships remain strong, and internal teams stay aligned. This is a hands‑on execution and partner enablement role with high visibility and growth potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive day‑to‑day execution across active AES deals, ensuring steady forward progress.
Develop and support delivery of partner‑facing materials (proposals, working sessions, updates).
Establish and maintain executive level relationships within existing clients to assist with issue resolution and communication.
Retain existing clients and continue to build long‑term, strategic relationships by continually promoting the company’s value proposition.
Assist with scheduling and actively participate in partner meetings, business reviews, conferences, and other partner events.
Escalate client‑related items on an as‑needed basis to create a partner‑centric culture.
Participate in existing partner renewal process and related RFPs.
Actively seek opportunities to cross‑sell, enhance existing products or create new products to meet client needs.
Lead and participate in enterprise‑level projects and initiatives.
Maintain and direct the maintenance of active task lists of client issues and activities.
Schedule and conduct semi‑annual or annual business review meetings with assigned clients.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
7 or more years of experience (preferred).
Deep knowledge, experience, and demonstrated track record of business development and execution success across one or more AES industry segments of focus – Mobility, Retail, and/or financial services.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS No certification, license or registration is required for the job.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
Ability to view and think strategically, while managing detailed level execution.
Exceptional issue resolution process knowledge and skills.
Proven ability to build profitable client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
TRAVEL Up to 30%.
COMPENSATION Compensation offered for this role is 90,700.00 – 153,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
