About

Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various client sites across Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
Conduct interior and exterior inspections of properties, including fixtures, roofing, lighting, and grounds, to ensure safety and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, update work order statuses in real‑time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
What’s Needed?
Universal EPA certification.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform on‑call duties as needed.
