About
Key Responsibilities:
Using the propriety computer system to look up parts/ inventory
Supporting the needs of walk‑in customers
Researching needs of customer to provide the correct parts
Taking customer orders and following up in a timely manner
Completing data entry
Knowledge of mechanical side of the winch is a plus
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients able to listen and understand
Self‑motivation and target‑driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, a self‑starter that stays focused on the job
Bi‑lingual
MUST be dependable
Hours: Monday to Friday/ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: $20.00/hour ( starting )
