About

Responsibilities
Leverage data tools and capabilities to deliver superior service to client's customers and advance the Data & Analytics Road Map. Conduct discovery and end-to-end data analysis to understand customer needs and develop plans to improve data quality. Elicit, analyze, and interpret business and data requirements to develop comprehensive data product solutions, including reviewing data models (entity‑relationship diagrams, dimensional data models), ETL, business rules, data management, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting elements. Manipulate large data sets using SQL to identify patterns and drive insights. Perform data profiling with various tools to understand the shape of the data and inform data quality checks and curation rules. Partner with customers to interpret data and remediate issues when required. Collaborate with data owners and stewards to implement and maintain data governance, quality, security, and privacy standards and related policies. Prepare technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation rules. Work with data architects to build data models for efficient consumption. Support the development of standards and best practices, including documentation templates and agile development methodologies. Qualifications
University or college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field of study. 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements and technical specifications for data solutions. Advanced SQL scripting skills. Python knowledge is a plus. Experience with AWS platform and analytics tools (S3, Redshift, Glue). Understanding of Snowflake platform is a plus. Experience in data governance and metadata management, including standards, formats, definitions, structures, tagging, transmission, manipulation, and use of data. Understanding of Monte Carlo and Atlan. Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred. Benefits
