About
Key Responsibilities System Ownership & Optimization Own the configuration, performance, and continuous improvement of SalesPad across order management and warehouse operations. Assess system usage, identify inefficiencies, and drive enhancements. Collaborate with external development partners to execute system updates and improvements.
Systems Integration Oversee integrations between SalesPad, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Shopify. Ensure accurate and timely data flow across platforms, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with Finance, IT, and third‑party vendors.
Order Management Manage the full order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage. Monitor workflows, address process gaps, and maintain adherence to defined standards and SLAs.
Warehouse Operations Support Support and optimize SalesPad WMS capabilities, including inventory tracking, pick/pack/ship processes, and receiving workflows. Partner with warehouse teams to ensure systems align with physical operations and quickly resolve discrepancies.
Process Improvement & Innovation Continuously evaluate sales, fulfillment, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Leverage tools, including AI where appropriate, to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
Project Management Lead and support system-related projects, including enhancements, upgrades, and process initiatives. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and manage execution with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for system-related initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse teams. Drive user adoption through training, provide ongoing support, and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, warehouse operations, or a systems-focused role
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management/WMS platforms (SalesPad or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and improve processes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical direction for developers
Proficiency in Excel and working with operational data
Nice to Have
Experience managing system integrations (ERP, eCommerce, or middleware)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Shopify, or similar platforms
Experience in distribution, consumer goods, or operations-driven environments
