About

Job Description Sales Operations Analyst will analyze everything from sales data, marketing campaigns, business development territories, data trends, and partner goal performance. This role provides key insights that help develop new and ongoing marketing tactics, generate reports, create data‑analysis presentations, support data quality assurance, assist with the ETL process for BI reporting, and contribute to the development and maintenance of partner reports, BI systems, and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and provide performance insights.
Analyze sales data relative to tool usage and recommend improvements.
Track partner goal performance and report to management.
Create SQL queries to answer business questions based on ad‑hoc requests.
Present data to management using charts, dashboards, and custom reports.
Validate data in reports and queries.
Candidate must be enrolled in or have recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program with a focus in computer science, statistics, MIS, math, physics, or a related field.
Qualifications
Analytical skills for interpreting data trends; proficiency in Excel (charts, formulas, macros) required.
Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
Collaborative, able to work in a team with cross‑departmental managers; dynamic personality a plus.
Quick learner, independent, curious problem solver.
Ability to present information effectively to executive management and departments.
Proficient in data query and analysis tools; familiarity with database structures and SQL.
Comfortable applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Strong problem‑definition, data collection, and conclusion‑drawing skills.
1‑3 years of related professional experience.
Tableau experience is a plus.
Experience with dashboards such as Klipfolio or Looker.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure and deadlines.
Flexibility to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines.
