About
Participate in classroom, independent study, and on‑the‑job training to learn White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, and jobsite environment. Prepare and execute account plans. Sell White Cap’s value proposition and products. Make effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers. Enter and process customer orders. Perform other duties as assigned. Operate a company or personal vehicle consistently more than 80% of the average work week; an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is mandatory. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or one to two years of sales or related experience. Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with team members. Self‑governed, proactive, personally accountable, and independent. Competitive drive to succeed. Goal‑oriented with responsibility to meet metrics. Open to feedback and willing to improve performance. Ability to plan and organize daily activities. Spanish language proficiency.
