About
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Support team, including coaching, training and development.
Manage SS workflows, task prioritization, scheduling and assignment to meet business needs.
Partner with Commercial teams to support promotions, discount structures, SFA and B2B activities.
Serve as escalation point of contact for the commercial organization.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve Commercial Support satisfaction and Operational Excellence.
Maintain and update SS scripts, SOPs, training guides and MED handling procedures.
Provide monthly business reviews and support special projects, sales events and pre-order communications.
Spearhead Brand Ambassador onboarding and employee master data setup.
Requirements
Proven experience leading, developing and managing teams.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Support or Customer Service environments.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics implementations or usage.
Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence and process improvement.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills.
Business-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, with initiative and flexibility.
