About
We are seeking a hands‑on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will own workforce analytics, AI‑driven HR initiatives, and the continued development of agent‑based solutions integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation: Design and scale AI‑driven HR solutions, including chatbot/agent capabilities that automate HR service delivery and workflows. People Analytics: Lead Workday‑based analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce planning. Dashboarding: Develop and maintain executive‑facing dashboards in Power BI. Data Strategy: Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise platforms). Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions. Innovation: Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies to modernize HR operations. Qualifications
~7 years in data science, analytics, or AI (HR/People Analytics preferred). Strong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIs. Experience building AI solutions or automation (chatbots, agents, workflows). Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboards). Proficiency in Python or similar tools. Experience with Foundry or similar AI platforms strongly preferred. What Success Looks Like
Scaled, high‑impact analytics that drive HR decision‑making; AI‑enabled automation that improves employee and HR team experience; clear ownership and advancement of the HR AI roadmap. Compensation
Annual salary range: $126,183–$160,718. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Candidates may be eligible for performance‑based bonus and share‑purchase program. Benefits
