About
Job Description
Analyzes large datasets from connected vehicles, specifically focusing on in-car entertainment, navigation, connectivity, and user experience. The goal of the analysis is to identify software improvements that improve user satisfaction, optimize system performance, and drive engagement with digital services.
Analytics & Insight Generation: Analyze user interaction data from in-car infotainment systems (eg: touch screen usage, voice command effectiveness, media consumption) to identify trends and usability pain points
KPI Development & Monitoring: Define, create, and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to track the health and usage of infotainment features
Product Improvement: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that improve the user experience
Data Collection: Work with product managers and engineers to determine and optimize the data collected from the infotainment system
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and analytic platforms like Amplitude and Firebase
Experience Required 7+ years of experience in related field.
Education Required Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
