We need someone who makes people stop scrolling. Social media isn’t just a checkbox for us - it’s how we connect with our community. We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Marketer to join the Dolan Dental Group team full‑time. This is not a freelance gig. This is a career.
What You’ll Do
Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
Shoot, edit, and produce short‑form video and reels — start to finish
Tell the Dolan Dental story through authentic, engaging storytelling
Build and manage a content calendar that keeps our feed fresh and on‑brand
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what’s working
Capture real moments — staff, patients (with consent), and behind‑the‑scenes life at our practice
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing social media accounts (show us your work)
Hands‑on videography skills — you can shoot, light, and edit
A natural storyteller who knows how to turn everyday moments into compelling content
Deep knowledge of platform trends, formats, and algorithms
Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual consistency
Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus points: experience in healthcare or dental marketing, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or analytics tools
