Tool Design Engineer – Direct Hire Opportunity Advanced Manufacturing | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm Competitive Pay + Strong Benefits QuickPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool Design Engineer for a Direct Hire opportunity in the Cincinnati/Mason area. This position is ideal for an engineer looking to grow their career designing tooling and fixtures used to machine precision aerospace and gas turbine components in an advanced manufacturing environment. Our client offers a clean, climate-controlled facility with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, along with an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities
Design tooling, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and dies for precision machining applications Develop practical and cost-effective tooling solutions that support production goals Utilize Siemens NX and 3D CAD software for tooling design and engineering support Create and maintain BOMs, prints, part numbers, and technical documentation Participate in tooling and product design reviews with cross-functional teams Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Research and implement solutions for complex tooling projects Support manufacturing processes while ensuring AS9100 and NADCAP compliance Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Equivalent hands‑on tooling design experience will also be considered 5+ years of tooling design experience, preferably with tool holding fixtures Proficiency in Siemens NX required Strong understanding of GD&T and SPC principles Experience developing new tooling designs and major tooling upgrades Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to visualize and communicate designs in 3D Key Competencies

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting and stair climbing Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments as needed Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Compensation:
