KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi‑week training program designed to transition students from college to a full‑time career. It offers learning about Key’s business, industry‑leading employee benefits, networking with analysts across teams, sessions with Executive Leadership, and relevant training before starting a full‑time role. At the conclusion of the program, analysts rotate into a line of business and continue development through mentorship. About the Job
The rotational analyst engages with the Enterprise Marketing Analytics team, gaining hands‑on experience on diverse marketing channels. Responsibilities include supporting hypothesis formulation, translating data, designing experiments, generating insights, performing diagnostic analyses, and identifying trends and outliers through reporting and ad hoc requests. Essential Job Functions
Conduct data queries and analyses on large data sets with manager and team support. Identify common data errors and their impact. Provide recurring reporting and ad hoc data requests. Apply basic best practices for evaluating large data. Answer key business questions through exploration and discovery. Create simple analyses to support insights into relevant business questions under general direction. Find patterns or anomalies by building visualizations and PowerPoint presentations. Execute basic diagnostics testing under supervision (e.g., performance testing, assumption verification, impact of limitations). Test suitability/sufficiency for approach under supervision. Provide input addressing basic business/analytical problems and challenges. Required Qualifications
Must obtain a four‑year degree or graduate level degree by May2026 in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, business analytics or other quantitative disciplines. Data Literacy
Data wrangling including documentation and importing data from different formats. Descriptive statistics, random variables, common distributions, outliers. Ability to consume, query, explore, and evaluate big data to inform business questions. Technology & Techniques
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite navigation, shortcuts, sharing spreadsheet documents. Python/SAS/SQL: IDE walk‑through, shortcuts, connecting to databases, using functions such as classes, variables, lists, programs, modules, libraries. Model Building & Maintenance
Familiar with concepts and usage of data leakage, training, testing, and validation sets for model building. Perform basic diagnostics testing. Understand foundational statistical/measurement concepts, methods, and techniques. Basic uses, scope, features, benefits, and risks of available modeling methods. Expected Competencies

Eligible to earn a salary of $65,000. Includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. KeyBank is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship for internship or analyst positions.
