Responsibilities
Learn, verify and document KPIs across Service Delivery.
Build executive‑level reports/dashboards using Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce, Excel, and BI.
Generate predictive analysis using Python or similar tools.
Research business problems related to data quality and take action to resolve them.
Identify and document differing business practices that impact results.
Prepare and wrangle data, build PowerPoint templates for data sharing.
Enrich data sources with external information to validate or challenge KPIs.
Request changes or new reports to be created.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics.
Initiative, perseverance, curiosity, and a lifelong learning mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking to all leadership levels.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with persistence in data analysis.
Strong working knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft BI (reporting and dashboards).
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including PivotTables, advanced filtering, charting, and predictive analysis.
Curiosity about business processes and data.
Team player with good organization and planning skills.
Ability to learn new information quickly.
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Self‑directed, able to work independently, and prioritize workload.
