– Lennar This mid‑level role focuses on conducting advanced data analyses, creating dashboards, and translating business unit needs into data‑driven insights. You will also mentor junior analysts and lead data process improvements. Responsibilities
Conduct complex data analyses and develop insights that support business objectives. Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. Work closely with business units to translate their needs into data‑driven solutions. Assist in developing predictive and prescriptive data models. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets and present findings to senior analysts. Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and analysis. Provide guidance and support to Data Analyst I in their daily tasks. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced coursework or certifications preferred. Proficiency in data cleaning techniques (e.g., normalization, handling categorical variables, merging datasets). Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy), R, or equivalent tools for complex data manipulation. Ability to create interactive dashboards (Power BI) with calculated fields and custom visualizations. Strong understanding of statistical methods (regression, ANOVA, hypothesis testing) with ability to interpret results. Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and feature development in hyperscaler cloud environments. Programming experience in Python, Shell Script, and SQL. Basic familiarity with dbt and GitHub. Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills; can articulate data‑driven insights to diverse audiences. Leadership and mentoring abilities, including guiding junior analysts and driving change initiatives. Benefits
