Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients with daily living activities.
$2,500 Sign on Bonus!!!
Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Provide care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns.
Qualifications Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
Familiarity with clinical systems used in healthcare settings.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Willingness to learn new skills related to phlebotomizing and emergency medicine.
