About
Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8 and 10 along with Microsoft Office 2010, 2016 and Office 365.
Resolve computer problems.
Image computers using local imaging processes.
Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment.
Set up equipment for employee use.
Maintain records of daily hardware installations.
Perform DoD wipe of surplus equipment.
Update/create documentation and processes.
Qualifications
Communication skills (verbal and written) – Advanced
Microsoft Office Professional – Advanced
Team work – Expert
Windows 10 – Proficient
Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7 – Advanced
