Administers databases in support of the corporate training organization, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System, VISION Developer, Vision Web, NANTeL, Illuminate, Ideagen, SharePoint, and PADS.**Job Description****Key Accountabilities*** Troubleshoots database and integration problems and issues to find sustainable resolutions* Collaborates with other database administrators on updates, integrations, and changes* Provides in-processing support for all sites during refueling outages* Monitors for consistent application of training procedures, processes, and industry guidance* Conducts post-outage in-processing and other self-assessments, as needed* Identifies and communicates technology changes and issues to fleet training management* Reviews data to ensure that negative trends are identified and communicated to training leadership* Tests upcoming database and software changes and upgrades to ensure fluid transitions**Education, Experience & Skill Requirements*** High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience* Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills**Key Metrics*** Technical competence* Teamwork* Problem solving/Decision making* Results Orientation**\*\* Final pay grade will be determined based on applicant's experience and qualifications \*\*****Job Family**Plant Operations**Company**Vistra Nuclear Operations Company**Locations**Perry, OhioOhio### *We are a company of people committed to:
