Danaher Corporation is looking for a Director of Predictive Analytics based in Texas to design and implement advanced predictive models that influence workforce planning and talent outcomes. The successful candidate will lead high-impact projects and apply traditional as well as machine learning methods to large HR data. Candidates should have a Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in HR analytics. This role offers a salary range of $132,500 – $232,000 annually along with benefits such as paid time off and medical insurance. The position supports remote arrangements though onsite is preferred.
