Experience troubleshooting hardware and software with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic system administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Familiar with configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software
Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Willingness to cooperate with others and work toward the greater good
Flexible work schedule to support 24/7/365 operation
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
