About

Administering and supporting IBM AIX, UNIX, and Linux server environments, the full-time Sr AIX Systems Administrator will perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades while ensuring high availability and security in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support AIX and Linux server environments Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams for system integration and optimization
Required qualifications
Hands-on experience with IBM AIX administration and UNIX server environments Strong experience supporting Linux environments (e.g., RHEL, CentOS) Experience in enterprise system administration and application server administration Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., shell scripting, Ansible) BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
