The Sales Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and analytical support to the sales organization, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, revenue, commissions, and customer billing. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating customized reports, and championing the use of sales technology across the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about enabling sales success through operational excellence. Hiring range: $25-$27 an hour Key Responsibilities
Maintains accurate sales and revenue data in CRM and reporting systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. Monitors data quality and integrity, resolving discrepancies and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Inputs and validates commission data, generating monthly reports and collaborating with finance and sales teams to ensure accuracy. Coordinates customer billing updates with finance and customer service, ensuring alignment with contract terms and service delivery. Develops and delivers customized client reports, including volume and diversion metrics tailored to customer needs. Supports ad hoc reporting requests, providing performance insights and analytics to the sales team. Participates in sales meetings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration. Champions sales technology tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, promoting best practices and system utilization. Trains sales team members on CRM usage, reporting standards, and data entry protocols to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and customer service to support strategic initiatives and drive alignment. Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values. Education, Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or data management, along with a strong educational foundation. They must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Familiarity with customer billing systems and processes, as well as a background in sales operations or business analytics, is highly desirable. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels and delivering client-focused solutions is key to success in this position. Attributes
