About
Define, document, and maintain the scope and logical design of reporting systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop, test, and support standardized and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Analyze existing reports to identify improvement opportunities, optimize format, frequency, distribution, and data quality.
Serve as the primary liaison between end‑users and software vendors, translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
Create and maintain data models and ETL processes to feed reliable data into reporting solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience with SQL query development and data manipulation.
Hands‑on expertise in reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL workflow design.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
