*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in project execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and facilitating seamless communication across teams. Your energetic approach and analytical mindset will help optimize project workflows, manage resources effectively, and uphold best practices in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise software initiatives, cloud computing projects, and IT infrastructure upgrades within a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, VersionOne, and SharePoint to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
* Support project managers in requirements gathering, scope definition, and creating comprehensive test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing phases.
* Track project progress through detailed analysis of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards, and IT governance policies.
* Coordinate release management activities including planning, scheduling, and communication across multiple teams to ensure smooth deployment of enterprise software solutions.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Kanban board updates and sprint planning sessions; assist with SAFe program management for scaled agile frameworks.
* Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, issues, and resource utilization; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Support disaster recovery planning and IT infrastructure projects by maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
*Skills*
* Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SDLC frameworks, PMBOK guidelines, and IT governance principles.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS; familiarity with enterprise software deployment in cloud environments.
* Knowledge of databases such as SQL and Oracle; ability to analyze data for project reporting and decision-making purposes.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement; negotiation skills for resource allocation and conflict resolution.
* Analytical thinking with a focus on requirements gathering, analysis skills, test-driven development practices, user acceptance testing (UAT), and program management.
* Leadership qualities to support project implementation phases; experience in release management and IT infrastructure projects is a plus.

Pay: $53,607.68 - $64,559.79 per year
