Job Description We are looking for a skilled
BI / Analytics Developer
with strong experience in
Tableau and Snowflake . The candidate will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting business teams with insights.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
Tableau dashboards and reports
based on business requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand
reporting needs and KPIs
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using
Snowflake
Write complex
SQL queries and CTEs
for data preparation and analysis
Build
business-ready data models, views, and dynamic tables
in Snowflake
Develop and optimize dashboards for
better performance and usability
Create dashboards for key metrics such as:
DORA metrics
Customer sentiment
Code quality and defects
Jira issue tracking and resolution metrics
Perform
data validation and ensure data accuracy
Support
quarterly and monthly reporting dashboards
Work on
dashboard performance tuning
(reduce load times, improve efficiency)
Use tools like
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
for tracking and reporting
Implement
access control and security
for dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business users
Support
AI-driven analytics using Snowflake Cortex (basic exposure preferred)
Required Skills
Strong experience in:
Tableau (Dashboard Development, Data Blending, Reporting)
Snowflake (SQL, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing)
Good knowledge of:
SQL, data analysis, and large datasets
Data visualization best practices
Experience with:
Performance optimization of dashboards
Data validation and testing
Familiarity with:
Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Looker Studio (nice to have)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in
analytics/reporting projects
Knowledge of
BI tools like SAP BO or OBIEE
(optional but good to have)
Tableau Certification is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
IT, Computer Science, or related field
