About

Product Development Team Member Assists with plant propagation, transplanting, spacing, labeling, shipping preparation, tissue sampling, pest scouting, and general greenhouse and garden maintenance activities. Works closely with fellow Product Development team members to support research initiatives, maintain plant health, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
Support the development, evaluation, and maintenance of plant material throughout the research process.
Execute physical tasks such as lifting, moving materials, standing for extended periods, and handling plants during the growing season.
Follow all sanitation and safety protocols.
Maintain organized and detailed records of plant activities.
Qualifications
Comfortable working in greenhouse and outdoor environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous greenhouse, horticulture, agriculture, or plant production experience preferred.
Inside Sales Representative Builds strong customer relationships through phone, email, video, and other digital engagement, managing inbound opportunities, outbound outreach, and account growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Maintain communication with assigned grower, retailer, and landscape accounts.
Promote Proven Winners programs and drive sales growth.
Support customers across multiple teams within the company.
Qualifications
Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
Horticulture industry knowledge a plus.
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Outside Sales Representative Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, identifies new business opportunities, and promotes Proven Winners products through visits, presentations, trade shows, and outreach.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to increase sales.
Travel at least 40% of the time for customer visits and trade shows.
Maintain accurate order coordination and customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
Independent work ability and management of multiple priorities.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
Compensation: $50,000–$100,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Section Grower Responsible for watering decisions, fertilizer applications, and ensuring quality crops are shipped on time to nationwide customers.
Responsibilities
Determine when, how much, and what to water.
Apply fertilizers and other treatments.
Produce quality plants efficiently and with minimal losses.
Maintain growing areas to meet sanitary and organizational standards.
Compensation
Starts at $17.35 per hour for entry level.
Shift premium of $2 per hour for weekend work.
Time and a half for hours beyond 40 per week.
Merit increase after 90 days and annually thereafter.
Driver Transports horticulture products and linehaul loads across the U.S., serving as front line ambassadors and assisting dock teams with loading and unloading.
Responsibilities and Compensation
$0.70 CPM for extended distance loads > 100 miles per day.
Base hourly rate $26.00 for non-driving tasks.
Less than 100 miles per day: $26.00 per hour.
Paid detention at hourly rate.
Potential safety bonus of $1,800 paid quarterly.
Initial 90‑day hourly raise opportunity.
Paid time off package and 18 days per year plus 6 paid holidays.
Requirements
Must meet DOT requirements as a CDL‑A driver.
Minimum of 1–2 years CDL‑A driving experience.
