Store Sales Manager LaserAway, the industry leader with over 10 million treatments performed and 18+ years of experience, is seeking a dynamic Store Sales Manager to oversee operations, drive clinic performance, and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Compensation Enjoy a competitive base salary at our Palm Beach location, along with revenue shares based on clinic performance. On average, Store Sales Managers earn $80,000 to $115,000 annually, with top performers exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales success by leading by example, contributing to individual sales, and coaching Patient Care Coordinators to achieve goals and maximize revenue.
Manage clinic operations, overseeing daily scheduling and ensuring efficient staff breaks to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Deliver exceptional patient care by monitoring satisfaction metrics and continually improving the patient journey.
Optimize revenue growth through CRM initiatives focusing on cross‑sell, upsell, and win‑back strategies.
Uphold brand standards by maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and enforcing staff dress code.
Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment and managing performance.
Oversee inventory and equipment, managing medical supplies and equipment maintenance.
Build community engagement by fostering relationships with local businesses and organizations.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams to align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals.
Promote team culture by leading with compassion, professionalism, and motivating a unified team toward shared objectives.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high‑touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
Skills:
Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis for decision‑making.
Leadership:
Dynamic leader who thrives on talent acquisition, team development, and collaboration across sales and clinical teams.
Professionalism:

Availability:
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet clinic needs.
