About
We are seeking a
Sales Advisor
to support our growing inbound sales pipeline. This role is focused on building relationships with prospective customers and guiding them through the early stages of their campervan purchase journey. You will work with warm inbound leads and take a consultative approach—helping customers understand their options and leading them toward the best-fit solution. Key Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify
inbound leads Schedule and manage customer meetings (phone, video, and in-person) Conduct
consultative sales conversations
to understand customer needs Lead
in-person van showings
at our Boulder location Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and communication in
HubSpot Execute consistent follow-up to advance opportunities Represent Geotrek at
3–5 industry events and expos annually Qualifications
Experience using
HubSpot
or similar CRM Comfortable applying sales methodologies (GAP, SPIN, Solution Selling, etc.) and using qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC) to run thoughtful, consultative discovery focused on need, impact, and buying process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Ability to work
on-site in Boulder, CO (5 days per week) Preferred Traits

$110,000–$140,000 OTE Performance-based earning growth over time On-site role in Boulder, CO (5 days/week required) Some weekend availability required for events and peak periods Travel required for industry expos (3–5 annually)
