About
Responsibilities
Lead and help integrate new technologies for multiple clients, maximizing their IT investment.
Provide hands‑on support across a variety of environments.
Qualifications
Minimum ten years' experience with Microsoft Enterprise environments.
Excellent customer‑service orientation, communication skills, time‑management and multitasking.
Attention to detail, advanced troubleshooting, and the ability to find solutions using available resources.
Ongoing technical training is expected.
Required Technical Proficiencies
Windows Server, Hyper‑V and VMware virtualization platforms.
Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Amazon Web Services.
IP addressing, routing and switching.
Site‑to‑site VPN and virtual server infrastructures.
Basic firewall support, anti‑virus/MFA, backup and recovery solutions.
Active Directory and network monitoring systems.
Optional Technical Proficiencies
Project management, ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.
SharePoint, SQL Server, certifications: Network+, Security+, MCIPT/MCSE.
SAN/NAS/DAS methodologies and architectures.
Work Environment
Hybrid model: 3 days in office (Seattle or client sites) and 2 days remote.
Prime location in Seattle; local candidates only; driver’s license required for occasional travel.
