About
Support customer onboarding, installation, and training for printers and software Act as the first technical point of contact for customer issues and requests Work closely with engineering to diagnose and resolve field issues Provide hands-on support both remotely and in person for installations, upgrades, or repairs Document recurring problems and help inform product improvements Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales to ensure a seamless customer journey
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or post-sales engineering Background in mechanical or electrical systems, or experience with industrial hardware Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Willingness to travel to customer sites Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
