Description Of Work This leadership-level position is responsible for day‑to‑day activities ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services across all Transitions to Community Living (TCL) Pillars, including Housing, Supportive Employment, Mental Health Services, Discharge & Transition, and Quality Assurance. The employee serves as a key member of the TCL team and implements the quality assurance strategy and performance improvement initiatives developed in collaboration with the DMH/DD/SUS QAPI Lead. The TCL Quality Lead oversees TCL quality assurance processes, provides training and support to TCL staff, and acts as a subject matter expert in quality improvement methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Preferred)
In‑depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Skilled in facilitating process improvement activities and implementing change management strategies.
Proven ability to use data analysis tools and techniques to analyze program data, identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and monitor performance and track progress.
Skilled in providing guidance and consultation to staff and stakeholders on implementing quality improvement activities.
Previous experience with Mental Health, Substance Use, or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities services.
Minimum Education And Experience Master's degree in the area of assignment from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in a closely related program.
OR Bachelor’s degree in the area of assignment field from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of experience in a closely related program.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Grade Range: $63,927.00 - $111,871.00. Recruitment Range: $63,927.00 - $84,264.00.
