About

Drive Growth and Build Customer Relationships We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow and retain our customer base and strengthen relationships. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys sales, problem-solving, and making a direct impact.
What You’ll Do
Proactively contact current and prospective customers
Identify needs and recommend waste and recycling solutions
Generate new business through outbound calls and lead follow-up
Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Respond to inbound inquiries and quote requests
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and customer service teams
Support new customer setup and resolve service issues
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and on a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
