Hybrid – average 2 days per week on site Responsibilities
Conduct advanced data analysis on supply chain data to drive actionable improvements Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations Manage business configurations for the manufacturing execution system (MES) and ERP system (SAP) Write business requirement documents for IT to develop and improve our system architecture Conduct user acceptance testing of all new code deployments for accuracy Enable new products at the manufacturing facility by managing product set-ups and virtual/pilot builds Troubleshoot system issues that arise from operations Access and pull data from various databases and translate the data into an acceptable form for engineering and business teams to drive improvements Represent Supply Chain in related projects and initiatives Design portions of engineering solutions, including methods, operation sequences, and processes for the manufacturing of parts, component sub-assemblies, and final assemblies, based on established engineering principles and specifications Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners regarding process and standards compliance, manufacturing issues, and recommendations for problem resolution Participate as a member of project teams with other manufacturing engineers and internal and outsourced partners to develop and execute reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality manufacturing solutions for complex products throughout their lifecycle Qualifications
Holding a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, information systems, or a related STEM discipline Experience with engineering tools and software to design and automate manufacturing processes Knowledge of R, Python, or PowerBI is a plus Analytical and problem‑solving skills Understanding of database structures and coding languages Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options effectively US citizenship required Benefits

Annual salary range: USD 62,900 – 145,300 (Wisconsin). Variable incentives may also be offered. EEO Statement
