About
Responsibilities
Maintain and support web‑based and client/server applications.
Engage in new development, maintenance, and enhancements, including testing, implementation, documentation, and support.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet schedule and quality objectives.
Location The office is located in Dimondale, MI. The Department of Technology Management and Budget offers a hybrid work option requiring two days on‑site and three days remote per week.

IT Bonus Eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $2,500: $1,250 upon hire, remainder after successful completion of a 12‑month probationary period. Not available to current state employees.
Position Requirements
Associate’s degree (24 semester credits) in computer science, data processing, information systems, networking, system analysis, programming, or related fields.
High‑school completion plus two years of relevant experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or IT technician; or 4,160 hours as an Information Technology Student Assistant.
Completion of the NPower or Rising Talent educational program and one year (2,080 hours) of DTMB contracting experience.
Official college transcripts or foreign degree evaluations as required.
Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certifications Some positions may require additional IT program certifications.
