About
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
Acquire, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights
Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support critical business decisions
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reporting
Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
Support ongoing People Analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Job Details
Position: 1.0 full‑time employee (FTE)
Schedule: Typical hours Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:30pm with occasional needs to work outside standard hours.
Compensation: Starting at $74,000/year, with opportunity for higher pay based on experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Business, Analytics, etc. (required)
Two years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (HR/People Analytics experience preferred).
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI strongly preferred.
Experience working with HR systems such as UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and/or ServiceNow is helpful.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Experience with data visualization and storytelling.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
