Role Overview Outside sales representative selling
STOP‑FYRE
fire extinguishers directly to farmers across agricultural regions in the United States. You will drive farm‑to‑farm, managing a protected territory and building relationships with farm owners.
Candidate Qualifications
Many years of sales experience—excited to sell, knowledgeable about selecting a company.
Extremely competitive—always expect to win.
Connection to the agricultural community—either grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly performed business with farmers.
Background in construction and/or excavation—worked in construction, sold to the construction industry, or owned a construction business.
Entrepreneurial—independent, self‑motivated, business minded.
Committed to helping others—often former firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT.
Performers—experienced hunters who can prove successes.
Willing—trainable, embraces new ideas.
Ambitious—no‑excuse mentality, burning desire to succeed.
Independent—self‑driven and self‑motivated.
Passionate—truly cares about the customer, product, and team.
