Located in Tupper Lake, NY

Salary: $150K to $180K range; based on experience

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Must have New York Administrator license
• Must have nursing home experience
• Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Proven Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
