IT Program Manager

The IT Program Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software
• Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs
• Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems
• Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems
• Contributes through proven technical expertise
• Independently applies sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues
• Develops new concepts/methods/techniques for cross functional initiatives
• Leads multiple small to medium sized projects and technical breadth
• Develops methods/techniques based on strategic project objectives
• Mentors and provides technical guidance and explains advanced concepts to others in work area
• Coordinates across multiple departments
• Provides leadership/guidance to others

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Pre-Employment Screening
• 5-8 years related technical architect experience
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is a plus. Equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Industry Certifications, such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
