We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives and ensure successful delivery of technical and business objectives. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.
What You’ll Do
Translate program goals and strategic objectives into actionable technical workstreams and deliverables
Coordinate engineering activities and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment with program outcomes
Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues across the entire program lifecycle
Facilitate clear communication among product, project, and engineering leaders to maintain stakeholder alignment
Support technical reviews, documentation, and quality assurance practices to uphold program standards
Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and achieve technical and business objectives
What You’ll Need
Required:
Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle dependencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting
Experience with risk management, progress tracking, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle
Preferred:
Familiarity with program management frameworks, engineering processes, and strategic planning
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$60-$70 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
