We are a Large Metal Stamping, Tier 1 OEM Automotive Supplier. We are searching for a Seasoned Maintenance Manager, with 5 10 years of Metal Stamping Experience. Prefer someone with an Automotive Background, Large Press Line Experience, Transfer, Progressive, Single Action. Knowledge of Robotic Welding Assembly Cells, Spot, Mig, Tig, etc.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a plan and scheduled routine to perform preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
- Perform inspections of recently maintained equipment to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.
- Create a work schedule for maintenance staff to include off-hours and annual shutdowns.
- Manage and maintain work order system for parts management tracking and ensure that work order closure occurs.
- Manage large capital improvement programs for the manufacturing plant
- Knowledge of various Press Lines, transfer, progressive, blanking, single action, double action, etc.
- Knowledge of assembly equipment, robotic assembly, robotic welding (spot, mig, tig, etc.).
- 5 to 10 years of maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical experience
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Training and development experience of crew members
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
- Industrial Electric or PLC experience
- Robotics with Assembly, Jigs and Fixtures and Welding
- Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Experience as a Maintenance Leader
- Bachelors degree in engineering, or combination of Trade School and experience
