What we're looking for

As a key member of our Product Management team, you will:

  • Develop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization.
  • Oversee the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy.
  • Oversee product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions.
  • Own the pricing strategy through the product life cycle.
  • Own the balanced scorecard for their product line and drives the development and execution of the roadmap to improvement.
  • Address operational issues associated with quality, delivery, and production.
  • Anticipate and communicate issues, recommend corrective action, and take independent remedial actions and report outcomes
  • Go-to-market strategy and product roadmap ownership for assigned markets and products.
  • Market size and segmentation analysis. Support the development and maintenance of market quantification models, sources for market data and a system to track market size and its changes over time.
  • Customer needs analysis and voice-of-customer feedback.
  • Drive pipeline growth by working closely with global sales teams.
  • Strategic annual short term and long-range market planning to maximize growth.
  • Generate deliverables to support strategic decision-making processes with respect to organic as well as inorganic growth.
  • The support of the development and maintenance of a systemic approach to competitive intelligence.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize legislative, competitive, and technical discontinuities and their impact, generating insight around opportunities or threats.
  • Generate growth through collaboration of cross-functional teams (including R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations).
  • Promote and uphold Fenner Precision Polymers' Values and Behaviors always.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive, safety-conscious team player who:

  • Experience with a technical product line required
  • 5+ Years Product Management experience with a B to B technical product line preferred
  • Proven experience rationalizing a product line while growing top and bottom line preferred
  • Experience growing a product line via organic means and integration of acquired/bought in products preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred
