We are seeking a full-time Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-established private practice in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The practice specializes in limb salvage, upper extremity reconstruction, and microsurgery, supported by a strong referral network and a state-of-the-art on-site surgery center.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to build a thriving practice, deliver complex care, and expand into new hospital systems within a competitive and market.
High-volume practice with approximately 12,000 RVUs annually
1:3 call rotation
Established patient base with consistent case flow
Dedicated, experienced clinical and administrative support team
