As a Construction Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. Requirements Ground up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, high rise, healthcare, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience. Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience. Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
